Fixed: Feisty's Slow Boot Bug

The fix for Feisty's bug where it hangs on "configuring network interfaces" has been fixed. The udev rules were updated and caused the breakage. The fix has been released in updates now, though, so if you edited /etc/network/interfaces and therefore couldn't get static configurations due to the workaround, you can restore it to its original state. Please note, however, that blanking /etc/network/interfaces is the only way I've come across to let network-manager use WPA-PSK wireless encryption, if you'd like that functionality.
