Ubiquity?

Am I the only one that hears people talking about Mozilla's Ubiquity and thinks of Ubuntu's Ubiquity? Poll on the right.

So uh, 2.5 hours after putting up the poll, it's at...
Ubuntu's installer: 15 votes, 55%
Mozilla's project: 12 votes, 44%

And apparently a 1% rounding margin...

Ubuntu's installer hands down. I don't know why they chose this name over some other word that means "capable of being everywhere".

For a while I thought people were posting to their twitters and identi.ca with Ubuntu's installer until I learned otherwise.

I thought of Ubuntu's installer first. But after watching the video on Mozilla Labs, their Ubiquity is very... AWESOME!

It does all the stuff I never used in GnomeDo/Quicksilver because I didn't think it was useful outside of the browser.

It's actually quite funny when you think of it, both the first comments on the ubiquity announcement itself and the Slashdot post about it are Ubuntu installer related.

So apparently no, you're not the only one who thought that.

Ubuntu itself isn't that uncommon of a name, we got a circus school, called Ubuntu, not far from here which dates back to the early 90s.

Good Poll! Definitely the Ubuntu installer for me. Mozilla's prototype is very promising, but I'm thinking they will need to change the name at some point...

Mozilla is well know for it's way of screwing around with already used names.
