My Ubuntu install is not my main OS so I can afford to run into problems with it. <BR/>(Un)fortunately lately I haven't had too much of a challenge getting things working when they release Alphas. I would say the main problem I have is that invariably the Nvidia driver rarely works properly after an update. In the worst case, I had to download the binary driver from the Nvidia site and use that instead instead the one from the repo worked. Other than that, I haven't really run into any other problems. <BR/>I should say that I have seen some dependency resolution issues as well but that is to be expected since they are syncing mirrors constantly with new packages. It's one thing to try something out but you stuck with it which is great. I've been using Linux now for about 5 or 6 years I think and as soon as I tried it, I knew I would never use anything else. <BR/>By the way, I'm running Intrepid Ibex Alpha 2 (upgraded from Alpha 1, previously Hardy) and running smooth still!C.http://www.blogger.com/profile/13118808373184127760noreply@blogger.com
